Gianni and Freddy helped us by the water. They provided recommendations of places to visit. Our room was upgraded because of an elevator malfunction. I was very happy after the upgrade and enjoyed my stay thoroughly.
The main pool was closed. This information was not disclosed prior to my arrival.

The room offered AMPLE space and MODERN amenities. i particularly enjoyed the large bathroom with its separate shower and soaking tub. the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean. I found it very tidy upon my return each day. the beach access was convenient, the hotel supplied comfortable loungers.
i noticed SLIGHT wear and tear in some areas of the room's furniture.

staff members were POLITE and responsive to requests, especially at the front desk. beach attendants provided prompt assistance with umbrellas and chairs, ensuring guests were comfortable. the valet service was quick and efficient, reducing wait times.

i found the bars superb, with excellent service and varied drinks. the beach was well kept, and i appreciated the available water sports. liv nightclub had great music and a vibrant atmosphere, contributing positively to my evenings.
I experienced considerable delays waiting for the elevators, which sometimes took up to 20 minutes. This impacted my schedule significantly.

I found the hotel to be a good size with all necessary amenities. The restaurants and pools were quite nice. I particularly enjoyed the various dining options available. The beach access was really good, and I secured a comfortable spot each day. The location offered great access to many local attractions. Transportation was always readily available.
The elevators sometimes took a long time.

i stayed in a beautiful king room balcony. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i really liked it!!!
the air conditioning slates were directly facing the bed, and it was like a small aircraft taking off when it kicked in.

The check-in process was slow (I waited about 30 minutes). The staff did not provide sufficient information regarding the hotel's amenities or how to access the Wi-Fi. Getting linens for the sofa bed required multiple calls and a considerable wait. This was inconvenient after a long day of travel.
